Greetings Super Heros!
As Batman would say KER-SPLOOSH or ZLOOP!
A new week... we will continue our Super Hero quest .. Conquering bad guys as we work on math.. To make a better world for all! :)
Remember to take good notes and also keep up on your daily Board Work!
FOUNDATIONS A:
This week we will be working with place value, adding and subtracting decimals.. And then the big round up!! Howdy Partner!
FOUNDATIONS B:
Have you ever wanted to make a living off on EBAY? Well perhaps our project this week just might be your ticket! Besides our project we will also be working with primates (monkeys?), fractions and visiting the Big Round Up! Yahoo!
Hmmm no one did the mat question last week so .. We will be making sure that you all do it this week and it will be the same for Foundations B class! This is due by Friday.
How fast can Superman fly? They say that Superman is faster than a speeding bullet... more powerful than a locomotive, able to leap tall building sin a single bound... but how fast can he fly? So Superman can fly 1,500 meters in one second. 1 meter = is roughly 3 feet, so 1,500 meters = 4,500 feet.
So your question of the week is .. How many feet can Superman fly in 15 seconds?

Be SUPER This Week!
Mr. Rott
